Meet our UK team
Richard Stone – Head of Financial Planning
Roy Goff - Chairman and Founder, ACI Ltd.
A serial entrepreneur, businessman and former merchant banker, Roy brings substantial commercial experience to our team.
Having worked in Europe and the USA, he retains excellent international commercial and personal relationships, most recently as non-executive chairman assisting in the development of an award-winning, London-based, niche property company.
Roy specialises in helping SMEs, their boards and entrepreneurs by first providing a safe environment and stable platform for them to develop their ideas and companies from start up to seven-figure turnover.
Increasingly Roy mentors companies and their boards in strategy and finance as well as helping develop infrastructure to allow for planned growth. He also instils best practice discipline to create a non-political commercial culture.
Company restructuring, acquisitions, project development and deal making are Roy’s bailiwick, enabling client company directors and principals to outsource the development of new markets and projects so that they can remain focussed on their core business responsibilities.
With a wealth of contacts and influence across many sectors underscoring his practical and commercial knowledge, after more than 45 years in business Roy has earned a reputation as the man to call when there’s a problem to solve.

Kevin Guevara - Client Liason
Kevin is ACI’s senior investigator and covers all our domestic and overseas enquiries.
With more than 25 years’ experience devising and executing investigative strategies his projects have included individual profiling through to enhanced due diligence for a client list that ranges from global defence contractors, investment houses, pharmaceutical firms and property and retail companies, to gaming houses, corporate and retail banks, fuel suppliers and traders, insolvency firms and top tier law firms.
Kevin has significant international experience and has worked directly with associated offices in New York, Hong Kong, Singapore, London, Rome, Amsterdam, Washington DC, Brussels and Milan. Most recently he has conducted and managed due diligence investigations and managing international asset searches.
Among his many successes he developed the evidence and identified the perpetrators and location of counterfeit pharmaceutical products originating in Chennai and entering Europe through Greek shipping ports. He has also identified assets hidden in the UK under veiled ownership resulting in multiple properties being intercepted in part of a £200m asset enquiry.
Kevin trained as a credit analyst with one of the world’s biggest marine referencing agencies where he built extremely reliable industry sources. He retains well-placed contacts at most of the world’s shipping hubs.
Richard is an experienced commercial finance director and has held a variety of roles in companies that include a division of General Electric and a management consultancy specialising in logistics and road transport in which he was also a partner.
Having spent his career at the sharp end where it can hurt Richard has experienced his share of the highs and lows of business. His particular strength is in creating business and finance models that save time, improve decision-making and generate better financial forecasting and understanding to guide organisations to improved performance.
Throughout his consulting career Richard has realised that even large businesses fail to make real use of the valuable information they already have and that communication between the finance function and the wider business is often poor. This is even more apparent in the SME sector where Richard combines his technical knowledge with an ability to speak eloquently and persuasively to explain the issues at hand and provide valuable decision support.
He is committed to helping bring financial clarity and understanding to the smaller enterprise and works alongside an expanding group of highly experienced and, even more importantly, commercially and operationally centred finance operators who thrive on bringing real and rapid value to clients in an engaging and inclusive manner… and even with a sense of humour!
